Our job is to take care of your property and your residents. We offer affordable tenant placement and management services for your residential rental property. We own our own property and will treat your home like it was ours, with care. We are also looking for investors to help them buy property or sell. We would like to earn your business by helping you find your dream home. We put people before profit in all we do. We also have big hearts and give back to our community by sponsoring children in need with Colorado Springs, CO based charity Compassion International.

Tenant Placement

Some owners would like to manage property for themselves but don't want the hassle of finding a quality tenant. We run the ads, take the calls and emails, showings, screenings and help you sign the lease and move in form with your new tenant. Most properties priced right are rented in 30 days or less, but our average time to rent is 11 days.

Full Time Property Management

Our specialty is of course our full time, year round management services. We offer the same service as tenant placement but add in monthly rent collection with detailed monthly/year end reporting, take emergency calls and coordinate repairs and keep and eye on your property with inspections.
